Two victims were shot while walking in the 2000 block of Pearl Street in Santa Monica about 11:50 p.m. Friday, October 29th.

Officers arrived on the scene and located the two injured victims. Both victims where taken to a local hospital with non-life- threatening injuries and subsequently released.

Preliminary investigation indicates that the victims were walking when unknown suspects got out of a vehicle and fired several shots. The suspects fled in what is believed to be a small compact vehicle, according to police.
